    Bill Payne started this firm in 2022 after 25-years experience in the design and construction industry.  Mr. Payne has a strong forensic background that helps ensure each assessment or design considers the details needed for long-term success. 

    Most importantly, Payne Engineering PC is a company that cares.  We care about projects, because we care about buildings, because we care about people.  We believe that project success can't be realized until you understand both the building science, and the needs of the occupants.

    For this reason, Payne Engineering has invested in many technologies to make projects more approachable, more transparent, more responsive, and more enjoyable, because there is no excuse for indifference or apathy.
