Payne Engineering was selected to provide Structural and MEP engineering services for a 25,000 square foot cannabis manufacturing facility on the first floor, and a 25,000 square foot cannabis cultivation facility on the second floor of this previous office, retail, and light manufacturing building in Ridgefield NJ.
