Payne Engineering PC was proud to attend the grand opening of our recently completed Dispensary design project on 420 day, April 20th. Payne Engineering provided HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm design services for this Dispensary. The ribbon cutting ceremony included Frank Catania Jr., Anthony Rottino, the Mayor of Union, Manuel Figueiredo members of the Town Council, and NJ Senator.
