Port Liberte HOA -Bridge over Half Moon Island Replacement

Payne Engineering was retained by the Port Liberte HOA and Master Association to design the replacement of the wood timber deck, sidewalks, parapets, and other bridge components of the Bridge to Half Moon Island following a condition assessment and wood testing program that determined the bridge needed urgent repairs.  This bridge is the only pedestrian, vehicle, and emergency / fire access to the homes on this prestigious enclave within the Port Liberte luxury community.  The replacement therefore requires careful phasing and traffic control.
